breakfast options friendly staff long wait dinner reservations
I loved that the breakfast had so many options! they really were really good with local products. also, the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Check-in took a while. I waited 20 minutes, a bit annoying. also, nobody told me dinner needed reservations. I couldn't eat at the restaurant, unfortunately

Really good Stay with Sauna Perks
elegant room quality toiletries dog-friendly amenities
The rooms are elegantly decorated, showing attention to detail. I liked the high-quality toiletries available. My dog received his own bed and bowls. Treats awaited him in the room (which he devoured instantly!). The staff was very friendly to him, even in the restaurant where he was also welcome.
The air conditioning unit was small and not able to adequately cool the room. Even after adjusting it and using a fan, the room remained quite warm.

The restaurant features a tasting menu that I found excellent. The breakfast included gourmet items served directly to the tables. I especially enjoyed trying all of the local cheeses offered each morning.

The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They offered recommendations and answered all my questions promptly. The team catered really well to pets. My dog was happy (and that's important!).

long wait ineffective ac
check-in took longer than expected , i had to wait 20 minutes. the key card system was not explained properly. the room was too hot when i arrived , and the ac was not effective enough.

outdoor sauna mountain view table service
i stayed in a suite with an outdoor sauna and terrace. the room had a wonderful view of the mountains. i found the breakfast delicious with table service and a good variety.

Decent stay with some drawbacks
friendly staff included breakfast long wait rushed process
The breakfast staff were friendly. The views from the balcony were nice. I was very happy with the amazing breakfast considering it was included in the room rate. I really enjoyed my stay.
I experienced a 20-minute wait for check-in. The process felt rushed. There was no notice that dinner required advance reservations. I was not able to dine at the restaurant. I was a bit upset by this.
